  • Rhianna DeVries (they/them+) is a director, producer, and award-winning multi-medium performer. DeVries has been steeped in the performing arts for over a decade; they began their career as a professional actor, leading to a well-rounded background in stage, musical theatre, film, web series, interactive theatre, commercials, voiceover, and motion capture for video games.

    Rhianna was previously Associate Artistic Director, then Artistic Director of Bailey Theatre Company. Their past directing credits of readings and full productions include None of the Above, Doubt: A Parable (Bailey Theatre Company), Sea Wall (Denver Theatre Ensemble), 7 Stages with poetry by Peter Davis, and U.S. Drag (University of Denver Theatre Department). Assistant directorships include the World Premiere of Flying Kites by Afram Bill Williams , Sight Unseen by Donald Margulies, and the film Arable.

  • Tess Neel (she/her) is a theatre-maker and artist who believes in the idea that theatre and art help change perspectives, trajectories, and lives for participants and audiences alike. Through her background in stage management, production management, producing, and business management, Tess has worked with many theatre companies including the Arvada Center Black Box Theatre, The Athena Project, Reunion Entertainment LLC, Lamont Opera Company, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Bailey Theatre Company, and the University of Denver Prison Arts Initiative (DU PAI).

    Some of Tess’s most notable work over the past few years include the Unchained Voices Fine Art Show (Manager), Godspell at Colorado Territorial & Fremont Correctional Facilities (Producer & Production Manager), IF LIGHT CLOSED ITS EYES, the play & film (Producer & Production Manager), and These Walls Film (Producer).

  • Ina Marlowe (she/her) was founder and Producing Artistic Director of Touchstone Theatre and Producing Artistic Director of Organic Theater Company in Chicago. She directed The Glass Menagerie at Denver Center Theatre Company as well as her adaptation of A Doll House as the Roe Green Artist at UC Boulder. She has been an adjunct professor in theater at DU and has directed at DU, MSU, and CU.

    The Chicago Tribune named her one of the Outstanding Chicagoans in the Arts. Other honors include the Distinguished Alumni Award from DePaul University and a Joseph Jefferson Award as Director for A Moon for the Misbegotten. New York Premieres under her direction include Sebastian Barry’s Boss Grady’s Boys. Midwest Premieres include The Wood Demon, Lady from Dubuque, Goodnight, Children Everywhere, An American Daughter, Collected Stories, Moonlight, Taking Sides, and The Steward of Christendom. American or World Premieres include A Kind Asylum, Belfry, Give the Lady Wants and adaptations Sister Carrie and Roughing It. Classics include Miss Julie, The Merchant of Venice, Love’s Labours Lost, Wild Duck, Hedda Gabler, and The Seagull. She worked closely with Edward Albee while directing his play Tiny Alice and continued that communication while directing The Goat at the Unicorn Theatre, observing rehearsals for Peter and Jerry in New York and Hartford, and directing The Lady from Dubuque at Organic. She has directed plays of and worked in rehearsal with Richard Nelson, Wendy Wasserstein, Sebastian Barry, Billy Roche, and Thomas Babe. Ms. Marlowe is a two-time past board member of the League of Chicago Theatres and past two-time member of the Theatre Panel of the Illinois Arts Council. She is also a visual artist and her work is in a number of private collections.
